Our Goal
Developing Ocean Policies, Frameworks, and Economics will contribute for a change in paradigm in what relates humanity relationship with nature and the ocean, including promoting the integration of the concept of blue natural capital into mainstream economics, while allowing for the financing of nature-based solutions, as Marine Protected Areas.
The Foundation will take stock of the state of the art relating natural capital and will gather a group of experts that may compose a Mission Board for blue natural capital. To start with we shall make the claim that the value of the biosphere, and of marine nature, needs to increase drastically if we are to be successful in its conservation and restoration.
